With more than 20 years in the PR, communications and marketing industry, Carrie Gaykowski brings extensive experience and insight to Intrepid as chief strategist. Carrie uses her comprehensive background and perspective to create thoughtful strategies and guide Intrepid’s clients, culture and direction. Her experience in marcom strategy and with branding dozens of clients has solidified her as a forward-thinking and highly effective strategist.
Carrie began her career as a high-tech journalist, eventually transitioning into the agency world. She’s worked on several high-profile accounts and was a member of the initial Intel Inside team. Carrie worked at Novell in both PR and marcom capacities, and she went on to help launch the Martha Felt Group (MFG) currently MRM//McCann. While at MFG, Carrie oversaw the marcom department and directed various PR accounts. During her tenure at Intrepid she has helped create a process that takes clients through a rigorous planning exercise ensuring they hit the mark when communicating with their audiences.
