Community Involvement + Team Culture
We believe in purpose and are strongly committed to giving back to our community individually and as a team.
Our hours spent serving at homeless shelters, tutoring first-grade students at a Title One elementary school and organizing clothing drives help keep us grounded and more creative. Annually, we organize and run The Road Home Apple Tree program, which provides needed back-to-school clothing and supplies for children living in our local homeless shelter.
Collaboration + Camaraderie.
Collaboration and idea sharing are part of the daily culture at Intrepid, but we make time to build work friendships and explore outside of the office.
As a team, we’ve gone kayaking in San Diego, explored San Francisco’s neighborhoods, simulated skydiving, threw pots in Laguna Beach and hung out at Disneyland, to name a few activities. Day-to-day, we stay entertained with regular health and fitness challenges, impromptu BBQs, parkour and participating in local cultural events.
